High-intensity daily personal activities is the term used by the NDIS to describe the more complex supports some people need to manage their daily lives. We are committed to providing a high standard of care to deliver high-risk support to people who require high-intensity daily personal activities to meet their healthcare needs.
These include supporting people in their own homes or in communities who have:
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy and high-risk seizures
- Complex wounds and pressure injuries
- Medication administered by subcutaneous injections
- Complex bowel problems
- A tracheostomy
- A stoma
- A urinary catheter
- A ventilator
- Swallowing and eating difficulties (tube feeding)
Each person will have a health care plan specific to their needs. With this approach, our participants will be involved in planning and managing the care they receive.
Arrange an appointment to discuss your healthcare needs and how we can support you in your high-intensity daily personal activities. Let us be part of your story.
